One part of confidence is knowing that you can do whatever you need to do. As you are successful your confidence grows. You walk taller and feel better about yourself. Stress and anxiety go down. Your life gets better. Today we look at the PEP Talk.
This is a powerful way to get and stay confident. It takes less than 30 seconds and can be done anywhere anytime, just be in a safe place. Make up 3-5 positive suggestions. Make them positive, present tense personal, and possible. Or you can make them up on the spot like a coach would. What we are doing is putting positive suggestions into our Inner Mind (subconscious) to become more confident.
Just give yourself suggestions like a coach would.
You can also use strong self hypnosis before or after this or both. Say:
Confidence can also come from having a Plan B or knowing that whatever happens you can take care of it.
