Is the glass half empty or half full? If it is half empty you probably see the glass as half full of negative stuff. If it is half full you probably see it as half full of positive stuff.  What is Positive Thinking? It’s about letting go of the negative thoughts in your mind and replacing them with positive thoughts. It’s about being more creative, about getting better grades, and having more peace, joy, energy and confidence. Positive thinking is about having a better life. More positive ideas are coming soon.

Following are 2 audio tracks that will help you become more positive. The ‘outloud’ keeps you in normal consciousness so you can listen most anytime just be in a safe place (not driving etc.). The ‘relax’ takes you into self hypnosis so you need to lay or sit down in a quiet area or use headphones. They are short around 8-9 minutes long so it doesn’t take much time to listen to.
