Why did I eat ice cream last night. Why did I yell at my son? Why did I drink so much last night? Why didn’t I study yesterday. These are some samples of “why did I do it?’. The first step to do better is to find out why we did it. Below are some reasons why and following this is automatic writing which will help you find out the your why.

Why did I do it? Your Inner Mind can give you answers to these questions and other ones and it can provide insight and inspiration. AUTOMATIC WRITING

Sit comfortably in a chair with a pen and paper. Eyes open. Self hypnosis is optional.

Say Strong self hypnosis. You can also use Peace self hypnosis.
My shoulders, arms and hands are ‘strong’ or use  ‘energized’
My chest and stomach are strong
My back and legs are strong. I am strong

Take your pen and paper and write “Why did I do it?”. You can be more specific like “Why did I eat ice cream last night?” or “Why did I yell at my son?”. Then start writing your question quickly over and over. When a reason comes up write it down and start writing the question again and again right away.
