Here are this weeks tips for motivation, insight, and determination. I hope they help you. They are from my facebook page


GOOD DAY TIP – Before you do something take a moment to see yourself doing and completing the task with ease and getting it done. If you can sit down, close your eyes, and clear your mind, now see you yourself doing it, getting it done, and finishing the task. May take only 60 seconds or less.  Try this and see how it works. Could lower stress.

GOOD DAY TIP – Are you getting enough exercise? Exercise will reduce stress, give you more energy, help lose weight, and get your body in shape and will help you have a better day.

GOOD DAY TIP – Smile as much as you can today and think good thoughts and you will probably have a better day and you will probably help other people have a better day.  Try it and have a good day.

GOOD DAY TIP – How is your life going so far? Reflect and find one way to make it better.

GOOD DAY TIP – “What’s going on?” ask yourself this question when you have cravings, or mad, anxious, sad whenever you are feeling bad. Next ask yourself: “What can I do about this?” Start making a list of some things you can do to make yourself feel better. Be creative.


WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Losing weight can be tough however all you have to do is eat less. The formula for losing weight is to eat less until you are eating the right amount to lose weight. You can also eat less junk and more of healthy foods and also exercise.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Say your goal 3 times. Now let the reasons you want to lose weight come up. Next say: I can lose weight. Losing weight means I look so much better. Losing weight means I am healthier. I love losing weight and being happier.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – How can I make it easier to lose weight? Ask yourself this question and hopefully you will get an answer soon. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – What’s holding you back from losing weight?Ask yourself this question many times and hopefully get some answers. Figure out how to let go or resolve or banish this block.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – When you have started losing weight and you are motivated, confident, and the desires to eat junk/overeat are easy to brush away then you wake up excited about losing weight that day. This is a great feeling and I hope you get there.
