GOOD DAY TIPS

GOOD DAY TIP – Take a look at your daily habits to see which ones are good and which are not so good. Look for one bad habit and focus on letting go of it and starting a good habit.

GOOD DAY TIP  – Do you feel like you have an imaginary weight on your back and carry it around with you all day? How heavy is it and do you walk standing tall? Today let’s take a look at what this weight is could be made of, money, bad memories, have to lose weight, work, take care of kids, sadness etc. There can be more than one weighing you down. What can you do to make this weight lighter? 

GOOD DAY TIP – Help someone today anyway you can. Someone at Safeway asked where the paper towels were and I showed her. Yesterday Molly had a tire leak and she didn’t know how to fill it up with air and a nice guy came over and filled it for her. Each day try to help someone and you will feel better.

GOOD DAY TIP – Having doubts about doing something. Try this. Say or write down “I can (whatever you want to do)”. I can weigh 135 pounds. I can get an ‘A’ on my Math exam. I can finish Chapter 7. Do this many times. Imagine yourself doing it and getting it done right. Have a good day.

WEIGHT LOSS TIPS

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Today think about all the good things that will happen when you reach your goal weight. You will be healthier, have more energy, look so much better, clothes fit better, plus +++. Also realize that the struggle to lose weight will be over.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Can you eat just one cookie? Beware of sugar. Besides eating too much sugar is not healthy and it also makes you want to eat stuff with lots of it. Look at the labels and find out how many grams of sugar is in it.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Being overweight sucks. Name 3 reasons why it sucks. Name 3 reasons you want to lose weight. You can lose weight. You love losing weight and being happier.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Having cravings or desires to eat junk or overeat? Try this. Ask yourself: Do I want to stay overweight or do I want to lose weight? I hope this helps.
