Here are my Good Day and Weight Loss Tips from last week on my facebook page i hope they help you have a better day.

GOOD DAY TIP – Are you having enough Fun? What can we do to have more fun? As a kid we played baseball, played cards, ate ice cream, watched TV and numerous other fun activities. As adults we are so busy doing our everyday stuff that there is no time for fun and no time to even think about it. Let’s have some fun by first picking out some fun things to do and then do them. Maybe just 5 minutes a day which will recharge us to have a better day. Garry

GOOD DAY TIP – Are you getting enough rest and relaxation if not start getting more. You can take short a minute or two break thru out your day. Sit or lay down, clear your mind, and breathe thru your nose and focus on breathing thru your nose. At the end give yourself this suggestion – I am getting energized. Energy flow thru me. – Have a good day. Garry

GOOD DAY TIP – How is it going? Let’s take a sheet of paper and write down what we want to happen in our life. It can be short term or long term. It can be realistic or just a wish. Imagine them happening. Let the universe know what you would like to happen. Garry

GOOD DAY TIP – Have a good day. What would make a good day for you? In the morning decide what is important for that day and figure out what is really important. Garry

GOOD DAY TIP – Sit down in a quiet place and clear your mind and then ask yourself “What’s going on? Do this many times for insight about your life. Garry


WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Give yourself a PEP Talk. For example – I can lose weight. I lose weight. I follow my food plan today. I love losing weight and being happier. Or you can make up your own like a coach would. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – When you have started losing weight and you are motivated, confident, and the desires to eat junk/overeat are easy to brush away then you wake up excited about losing weight that day. This is a great feeling and I hope you get there. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Who do you want to be, an overweight person or one at your goal weight? Begin to see yourself as a person at your goal weight. “I am at my goal weight”. Visualize it, daydream, talk to yourself, write it down. Do it often. – You can lose weight and be the person you want to be. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – To lose weight you need to eat less until you are eating the right amount to lose weight. So all you have to do is eat less. This can be hard sometimes but it is doable. – You can eat less. You can lose weight. You love losing weight and being happier. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Having doubts maybe need some motivation? Try this. Think of some success you had in your life. Look at what you had to overcome. Now let feelings of success come up. I did it. I did it. And now I can lose weight to. Garry
