Here are activities you can do to release stress. Stress can make the muscles of your body tense. It can give you a headache. It can make you worry. Find yourself an activity or two that will release stress. Doing a lot of these on a regular basis can really lower your stress level.

Gym workouts, stretch class, walking, yoga are all ways to release tension in the body and relax the mind. Moving and shaking. Find one you like and do it regular.  I go to the gym 3 times a week plus I walk my dog Max every day. Sports add another realm – competition. Exercise and sports are mostly performed by your Inner Mind. Your conscious mind is too slow.

Before An Activity Use Strong Self Hypnosis

  • My shoulders, arms and hands are strong or energized
  • My chest and stomach are strong
  • My back and legs are strong
  • I am strong.
  • Visualize or say your intent – I bench press 275 pounds today (when I was young)

You can keep your eyes open or closed. Peace is usually closed, strong open, and ‘relax relax’ can be either. First read the self hypnosis script to get an idea of what it is. Then read these lines one by one and follow what is says until you get the script in your head and then let them unfold in your mind. Deep is not needed.

For Peace or Strong self hypnosis you have more than one choice of words to use i.e. for strong you can use strong or energized either one is good just use the same one thru the whole self hypnosis.

Find something that’s fun. Cards, sports, hobbies whatever does it for you.

Taking a vacation, a hot tub, listen to music, daydreaming. At any time you can use Peace self hypnosis to heighten the relaxation.

  • My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
  • My chest and stomach are at peace.
  • My back and heart are at peace.
  • I am at peace.

This is a great way to reduce stress and to keep centered.

For most people there is nothing better than coming home after a hard day. Here is a Self Hypnosis Tool to leave the stress behind.

EXERCISE – Coming Home

  • My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace
  • My chest and stomach are at peace
  • My back is at peace
  • I am at peace.
  • Visualize walking into your house and good things happening

Stressed? Take your dog for a walk. Lay on the bed with your dog or cat. Play ball. Pets are great for stress relief. I have a dog Max.

NOTE  As with all the ideas presented here in this Workbook you can modify them or just make up your own.
