GOOD DAY TIP – Smile a lot today which means you will help spread good feelings and help people have a better day.

GOOD DAY TIP – Tomorrow is the 4th of July and a day to celebrate our freedom. Take a few moments to be grateful for what you have.

GOOD DAY TIP – Have a good day everyone says it however what makes a good day? Take some time to determine what will make a good day for you. Also try to balance it out with some fun, being social, maybe doing something for somebody. Try to make it more than just your to do list.

GOOD DAY TIP – As you go thru your busy day do you also have some fun? Take a few moments to come up with ways to have fun perhaps during a break at work, lunchtime, or before bed, or on the weekend. Fun can take as little as a couple minutes or as long as hours. Make fun a part of a good day and you will be happier and more productive.

GOOD DAY TIP – Here’s a simple way to help people have a better day. Just smile and say something nice. When you smile you are transmitting good feelings to them. Now this may not be a big deal however it might be to someone having a hard time. When you smile you also feel better.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – How did your 4th of July weekend go in regards to your eating? Take a moment to reflect on this and how you can make it better. More holidays, parties, and vacation are coming up maybe make a plan for any coming up soon.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Take a moment to just daydream about losing weight and reaching your goal. See yourself on the scale and the number is lighter than last time. See yourself at your goal weight going thru your day looking so much better, having more energy, more confidence, less angst and happier. You can daydream standing in line, on a work break, listening to music, during a commercial break on TV, there are some many times you can do it. Daydreams can take as little as 10 seconds which means you can always find plenty of time to daydream.  Daydreams tell your subconscious mind what you want to happen and also puts in positive suggestions which gets you motivated which means you can lose weight fast & easier. You can lose weight.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Right now think of 3 reasons you want to lose weight. Now see yourself getting on the scale next time and a lighter number comes up. How will you feel? You can lose weight and reach your goal.
