The more positive you are the happier you are. The happier you are the more positive you are. So let’s get happier.  We will look at balancing our life so you are happier and more positive. Look at these areas to see the areas where you need to spend more time. Personally I need more fun in my life.

Work – How is work going and how can you make it better? Too much stress read the Stress Workbook

Home How can I be nicer to my family? How can I spend more time with them? What do they need?

Friends – Do I have enough friends? Can I talk to anyone about my deep feelings? Do I have someone I can go to a movie with?

Chores – How can I get them done fast and easier? Can someone help?

Exercise – Do I get enough?

Spiritual – Can mean religion or believing in something more or not.

Fun – This is very important. Have at least one thing you do for fun especially with someone.

Love – Have someone to love.

LearningKeep learning stuff.

Nature – Spend time walking in the park, take a hike in the woods, just look at the sky thru your window.

Money – It helps to have enough.

Help People – Smile and say nice things to people. Help if they need some help. 

Be Grateful – For what you have
