It’s Sunday and time for more tips to help you reach your goals and be happier. Usually there are 5 each however I was sick last week. Starting this Sunday they will include Good Day Tips. WEIGHT LOSS TIP – How do you want to look this summer? Now see your future staying overweight this summer. Now see your future looking really good this summer. It’s your choice. Now pretend that you are walking down a sandy beach in the warm sun looking really good and feeling really good. You can do it. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Many people eat for emotional reasons, stress, anxiety (some people eat more some eat less), tired, overworked, money problems, family problems and physical problems such as pain. Take a look at the reasons you are eating too much. Before eating something not on your food plan ask yourself: “What’s going on?” and perhaps reasons will come up now or later. Next ask yourself: “What can I do instead of eating”. Find a few things you can do instead of eating. Keep doing this. You have built up habits for your emotions and it takes time and effort to change them and build up good eating habits.   You can lose weight and you will love it and be happier. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – When many people start a weight loss program they do the Physical parts like eat less, exercise, etc. However you can lose weight faster if you also do the mental part. PHYSICAL + MENTAL = fast & easier weight loss. Here are some ideas about the mental part. 

Your desires to eat junk and overeat are coming from your subconscious mind which contains your memories, habits. emotions, creativity, imagination, fun, and more. It can not tell what is true or false, whether something is real or imaginary. It judges ideas by which one is stronger. It balances +++  positive ideas like “I can lose weight” against  the – – –  negative ideas like “I can’t lose weight”.

If the +++ are stronger it will send you motivation, confidence, ideas, excitement and any desires to eat junk/overeat will be so greatly reduced so you can brush them aside. It will do everything it can to to help you lose weight.

If the – – – ideas are stronger it will send you cravings, excuses, stress, tiredness whatever it can to stop you from losing weight. You can still lose but it will be a struggle which you may win or lose. 

This is how the Inner Mind operates. So what do you do? We start adding +++ suggestions and removing the – – – ones which means we will go from cravings, doubts, and excuses to being motivated, confident and excited about losing weight and soon reaching your goal weight. To read more click on Self Hypnosis above.

GOOD DAY TIPS

GOOD DAY TIP – When something negative comes up in your mind think of something positive right away. For example you have a thought that you are tired you can say right away “My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are strong. My back is strong. I am strong”. You can also use ‘energized’ instead of strong. Another example when a bad memory comes up right away think of a good memory. Have a good day. Garry

GOOD DAY TIP – BE CHEERFUL Many people are having a hard time. Maybe at work, home, medical problems, money or whatever. You can help them have a little better day by being cheerful. Smile more. Greet and say nice things to people. Be optimistic. Try it and see if you have a better day.

How do you feel about your life so far? Starting as a kid take a trip down the path of your life. Look for ways to make it better.

GOOD DAY TIP – DAYDREAM  During your day take time to just daydream, to imagine. See feel whatever you want. Practical things like reaching a goal, having more money, getting an ‘A’ on your math test, passing your driving test. Or activities like swimming, going to a movie with a friend, taking a vacation whatever you want to do.
