GOOD DAY TIPS

GOOD DAY TIP – Take a few moments to see how you are treating your body. Name 1 thing you are doing that is not good for your body. Resolve to change this. Take better care of your body and you will feel better and be happier.

GOOD DAY TIP – Sometime during your day sit down and relax your mind and body and imagine what you would like to happen. Imagine good things happening perhaps finishing all your projects at your job, having a good workout, winning the lottery whatever.

GOOD DAY TIP – How is it going? Let’s take a sheet of paper and write down what we want to happen in our life. It can be short term or long term. It can be realistic or just a wish. Imagine them happening. Let the universe know what you would like to happen.

GOOD DAY TIP  – Do you feel like you have an imaginary weight on your back and carry it around with you all day? How heavy is it and do you walk standing tall? Today let’s take a look at what this weight is made of, money, bad memories, have to lose weight, work, take care of kids, sadness etc. There can be more than one weighing you down. What can you do to make this weight lighter?

WEIGHT LOSS TIPDo you have a food plan which is what you can eat and when. It will help you stay on track to your goal. Keep healthy and low calories snacks around and plan out when you can eat and why.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Sit or lay down and clear your mind. Become aware of your body, next become aware of the fat around your body, and next become aware of your body inside the fat. Now imagine the days ahead and the fat melting away and soon you will reach your goal and look so much better and be happier.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – It’s easier to lose weight when you are feeling good. You have more energy and it is easier to follow your food plan. Look at what is holding you down such as stress, tired, too much work, family problems, etc. Pick one and start taking time to make it better.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – How did your weight loss go yesterday? Would you give yourself a thumbs up or down? You might want to keep a record of your thumbs up or down each day. You could see how you are doing and this will motivated you to get a thumbs up.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Let’s take a look at how much better you will feel after losing all that extra weight. You will be healthier, have more energy, look so much better, easier to tie shoes, mentally stronger, and feel so much lighter. Take a moment to reflect on this and start to believe that you can lose weight and have all these great things happen for you.
