WEIGHT LOSS TIP – How is your weight loss going? If it’s good give yourself a pat on the back. If it’s not going so good start looking for what triggers your eating too much. Stress, tired, love the taste, going out to a lunch buffet with friends, eating alone, find out what triggers your wearing. 

Perhaps keep a journal for a few days for when you have desires to eat. WHERE – my room, WHEN – after dinner, WHAT WAS GOING ON – I had to study for my Math exam but I wanted to watch the basketball game, WHAT I DID – I ate some cookies and studied. Start looking for the triggers and then come up with a plan so you don’t eat cookies. Here are some more ideas.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Eating too much? Try this. Each day focus on eating less than the day before until you are eating the right amount to lose weight. Your goal is to eat less today. Say to yourself: I eat less today. Daydream about losing weight. Remember losing weight means you will be healthier, look so much better, and be happier. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Spring is coming and soon Summer (yeah). Now imagine it’s summer and you are walking down a beach and the sun is warm, the sky clear, and you feel good. Right now a picture of how you could look walking down that beach comes to you. You look so much better and love it. Summer is a few months away so you have time to lose quite a bit of weight. How much do you want to lose? You lose weight and are happier this Summer. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Reality check. Rub and feel your belly. Now imagine yourself losing weight and your belly getting smaller and smaller. You can lose weight and be happier. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Think about your weight loss history. What worked in the past to help you lose weight? Can you use this now? Reflect on these questions. Garry

POSITIVE THINKING – I am too tired. I can’t do it. I don’t know how. Your thoughts shape your reality. You can change your bad thoughts into good thoughts which means you will be happier. You will also start seeing the glass as almost full instead of half empty. Positive Thinking is about building a mental framework of habits, attitudes, energy, and knowing how to do things so that you are happier and have a good life. Read more on my blog.
