Here are motivating weight loss tips from my google page plus.google.com/+GarryWaligore I hope you enjoy them.
WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Sometimes people eat too much because something is missing in their life. Examples: Career, love, friends, family, fun, peace, energy, money, and more. Take a moment to reflect to see if something is missing in your life and what you can do about it. As you began to have a better life you may eat less and lose weight.
WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Take a look at yourself in a long mirror. Notice the progress you have make. If no progress start losing weight today. Now imagine yourself losing weight and reaching your goal weight. How will you look? You can lose weight. You can have the body you want. As you go thru your day daydream about losing weight and reaching your goal weight?
WEIGHT LOSS TIP – How are you doing? Take a look at what you ate yesterday. Is there anything you ate not on your food plan (what you eat, how much, and when). Resolve now to stay on your food plan today. – You can lose weight. You love losing weight and being happier.
WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Set 2 goals. One for your final goal weight and a second one for a short time. For example you weigh 185 and want to weigh 135 you could set your short goal as 180 and focus on this. To loose 50 pounds is a lot of weight and will take some months which may seem to hard for you and maybe kind of hopeless. Reaching 180 is doable and once you reach it you will feel great with feelings of success and ready to lose another 5 pounds.
WEIGHT LOSS TIP – How do you want the world to see you? As an overweight person or one at your goal weight. You can lose weight. You can be the person you want the world to see. You can do this. Take a moment to reflect on a goal that you achieved in the past. Look at what you had to overcome. Now let feelings of success come up. You did this. And now you can lose weight.
WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Sometimes you just have to tough it out. When the desires and cravings come tough it out. You can do it.
