WEIGHT LOSS TIP – The main purpose of eating is to nourish your body. Other reasons to eat are comfort, taste, being social with other diners, and more. For a few days take a look at how nourishing the food you eat is. How much junk do you eat and how much do you overeat. Eat less junk (you can have a few treats) and more nourishing food. Read labels, go online, see how you feel. It’s your body and if you want to feel better then you need to nourish it.
