WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Some people eat for emotional reasons which can make it harder to lose weight. Make a mental journal or a written one when you have a cravings. 1. Where – dorm room 2. When – after dinner 3. What was going on? (trigger) I had to study but I wanted to watch basketball game or I am so stressed or I can’t learn this it’s too hard. 4. What I did – …… Keep a journal for a few days to discover what triggers your desires to eat junk/overeat. Later on ask yourself “What could I do instead of eating?”. You can lose weight Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – What makes it harder to lose weight? Keep saying or writing this question down to get answers. Now ask “What can I do about this?”. Ask this for awhile. Do this when you have time perhaps standing in line, waiting for the microwave, taking a break until you get good insight. Also insight comes on it’s own schedule so it might come right away or later. You can lose weight and be happier. Garry
WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Having a hard time? Try using the word ‘can’ often. I can lose weight. I can weight 135 pounds. The word ‘can’ is easier for your Inner Mind to accept. Also daydream about losing weight and reaching your goal which tells your Mind that you want to lose weight. You love losing weight and being happier. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Why do you want to lose weight? Make a list of 5 reasons and then imagine losing weight and seeing the reasons become reality. You love losing weight and being happier. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – You can lose weight. You can have the body you want. Deep inside you know you can. Losing weight can be hard sometimes but it is doable. By eating less you lose weight faster. Eat less until you are eating the right amount to lose weight. Each day you wake up excited about losing weight that day. You love losing weight. By losing weight you are healthier.
