WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Why do I eat so much? This is the question. Let’s try writing it down. Get a pen and paper and write your goal at the top. Then write “Why do I eat so much?” And again “Why do I eat so much?” and keep on writing the question. When an insight comes up write it down and ask the question again. Keep writing it about 10-15 times. Hopefully a few insights will come up.
Start with one and ask yourself: “What can I do instead of eating?” For example one insight is ‘stress’ you can exercise more, you can use self hypnosis, have less caffeine, meditate, you can find ways to do stuff fast & better so you don’t get so stressed whatever. We want to find ways we can deal with the stress instead of eating. Do this many times. Insight comes on its own schedule and may take time. Remember you can lose weight. Garry.
