WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Take a moment to look at how much weight you have lost so far and feel good. If you haven’t lost weight start today and imagine yourself losing weight in the days ahead. You can lose weight. You love losing weight and being happier. Have a good day. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – The Holidays are here and it’s time to watch out for the Binge whether food or alcohol. A Binge means you eat or drink a lot which could easily be 1000-2000 calories. This could really set you back especially if you party a lot. Plan ahead and perhaps allow yourself to eat a little more at a party and stay on your food plan the rest of the time. Losing weight means you are healthier. Losing weight means you look so much better. Losing weight means you are happier. Garry

WEIGHT LOSS TIP – Do you want to lose weight? Yes! How can I make it easier? 1. Daydream about losing weight and reaching your goal. 2. Tell yourself ‘I can lose weight’. 3. Think about the reasons you want to. 4. Imagine yourself at a crossroad. The path to the left is staying overweight. See your future staying overweight. The path to the right is to lose weight. See your future at your goal weight. Have a good day Garry

POSITIVE THINKING

POSITIVE THINKING TIP – Today might be a good day to daydream about what you would like to happen. Something like losing 10 pounds. Something like going on a vacation. It doesn’t have to be realistic. Maybe becoming rich or even having world peace. Relax. Let your mind go and daydream all you want. Daydreaming is good for you and makes you feel better. POSITIVE THINKING TIP – You can have a better day by helping someone have a better day. What could you do to help one person have a better day?

POSITIVE THINKING TIP – You can see the glass as half full or half empty. If you see it as half full you will probably see the good things happening and add them to your glass. If you see it as half empty you will probably see the bad things happening and make the glass less that half empty. Either way you see it you can start looking for the good positive things happening in your life and soon your glass will look more than half full. Positive thinking means you think positive and look for positive things happening. Have a good day. 

POSITIVE THINKING TIP – Many people during their day don’t check in with their body to see how it is doing. Try this: take some time to become aware of your body. Clear your head and bring your awareness to your feet, next your legs, your back, your stomach, your chest Your shoulders, your arms, your neck, your face, your head. Now take a moment to become aware of any extra fat. How is your body doing? Is their any area that needs help? Now ask yourself are you taking good care of your body? Are you eating too much junk, smoking, not exercising, not taking time for a mini break to rest, not enough sleep? Find one area  you can improve on to take better care of your body and start today.
