  • My shoulders, arms, and hands are at ‘peace’  or ‘relaxing’ or ‘heavy’
  • My chest and stomach are at peace

  • See the future you standing on your scale
  • See it reading your goal
  • See feel joy flowing thru your body
  • Visualize a thin white cord going from the present you to the future you
  • You are connected to your future
  • Next get energized
  • My shoulders, arms and hands are getting energized
  • My chest and stomach are getting energized
  • My back is getting energized. My legs are getting energized
  • Energy flows thru my body

When ready say: Wake up to a good day  (optional)
