It is about the Conscious Mind using willpower to make adjustments to the Inner Mind in this case to help you turn stress into relax and energy like a brain surgeon or a quarterback does. Let’s look at what we can do. It’s different for each person.
5 forms of self hypnosis will be taught – ‘relax relax’, Peace, Strong, EFT, and audio tracks.
relax relax’ SELF HYPNOSIS
Just repeat the words ‘relax relax’ and imagine a wave of relaxation flow thru your body. Soon you will no longer have to imagine and it will just happen. And the cravings, stress, anger whatever will go down. You can just focus on the tense area of your body and say ‘relax relax’ and this area relaxes. To start imagine it happening. Can take time.
PEACE SELF HYPNOSIS
Peace self hypnosis will help relax your mind and body. You can say ‘at peace’ or ‘relaxing’ or ‘heavy’ whichever you want and use it thorough out the exercise. I use ‘heavy’.
Both ‘relax relax’ and Peace self hypnosis are good for stress – I usually use ‘relax relax’
STRONG SELF HYPNOSIS
Strong self hypnosis gives you strength and energy. For Strong self hypnosis you can say ‘strong’ or ‘energized’ whichever you want and keep using this word through out the exercise. Strong is also called Energy self hypnosis.
Notice they are both the same except for one is at peace and the other is strong plus Strong also includes the legs. Also notice they take your awareness from your mind to your torso. Away from whatever doubts, stress, and desires you may be having.
You can keep your eyes open or closed. Peace is usually closed, strong open, and ‘relax relax’ can be either. First read the self hypnosis script to get an idea of what it is. Then read these lines one by one and follow what is says until you get the script in your head and then let them unfold in your mind. Deep is not needed.
For Peace or Strong self hypnosis you have more than one choice of words to use i.e. for strong you can use strong or energized either one is good just use the same one thru the whole self hypnosis.
Picture a tool box. Instead of a hammer and nails you have self hypnosis tools. Tools to be strong, tools to stop the excuses, tools to get answers, tools to get motivated and to stay on track. You can use one whenever you want or need one. Tools for work, school, home, gym, goals, stress, and weight loss. Good Anytime Anywhere. We first do self hypnosis then we use a Tool to make the adjustments.
EXAMPLE OF TOOL
EFT also known as ‘emotional freedom technique’ or ‘Tapping’ is a great compliment to Hypnosis and especially good for dealing with the negative consequences and struggles of stress. It is an energy therapy technique that provides freedom from negative emotions. It was started by Gary Craig. I consider it a form of self hypnosis which is very effective.
EFT is based on “The cause of negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”.
It utilizes the energy meridians of the body similar to acupuncture but only up to 13 points. All that is required is to simply focus on the negative emotions or problem and “tap” certain meridian points on the body. I will use and teach it during the sessions and then you can do it at home. I think of it as a form of self hypnosis. It’s also on youtube which I recommend, put in ‘EFT video’ or ‘gary craig’. It shows you how to do it for many areas you want to improve. Check it out.

Example – Money Problems
4. Take a few deep breath and let an image, thought or feeling come up for example my credit cards are maxed out
5. Measure intensity again
6. Tap again on ‘Even though my money problems are stressing me out and my credit cards are maxed out I love and accept myself.’
Usually tap about 3-4 times.
EFT works for when you are getting stressed out or just pick a regular time to do it. Tapping should only take a few minutes and you can start tapping again and again. I usually do it 3-4 times once a day for myself. This is a great way to deal with the negative aspects of being stressed. Afterwards I tap using positive suggestions or use Peace self hypnosis and do a visualization of what I want to do or whatever.
