Tense? Stressed? Break time at work? Let’s take a short break that will relax and refresh you. Everyone needs a break to recharge, reduce stress, to work harder, going home, to relax. This one can be done in less than a minute.

TAKE A BREAK

  • Say peace self hypnosis
  • My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace
  • My chest and stomach are at peace
  • My back and heart are at peace
  • I am at peace
  • Let peace come over you
  • Enjoy a good memory or….
  • Imagine yourself on a beach or….
  • See yourself doing whatever you need to do after this break
  • Use strong self hypnosis
  • My shoulders, arms and hands are strong
  • My chest and stomach are strong
  • My back and heart are strong
  • I am strong
  • Feel the energy flowing thru you

RETREAT

Go to a good place. Perhaps a trip to a favorite place or go back to visit a good memory or to have a good time with someone. Develop the scene with all senses. Who was there, the colors and shapes, sounds, touch, what someone was wearing. Make it as specific as possible. Perhaps write it down. Use it with the ‘Take a Break’ self hypnosis tool.

WHEN

Standing in line. walking, in the break room, while working for a 10 second+ break.
