Audio tracks are full of beneficial suggestions to get you motivated and stay on track. They are powerful when used on a daily basis. Mine are all short 6-10 minutes long which makes them a quick blast of motivation. There are 2 types ‘outloud’ and ‘relax’. For ‘outloud’ you can listening while cooking, cleaning, driving, anywhere anytime. For ‘relax’ you need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or use headphones. So far there are 11 tracks on this blog. This track is a good example.

What’s different about Garry’s self hypnosis? It can be used anywhere anytime. I teach 5 kinds: relax relax, peace, strong, EFT, and audio tracks. Self hypnosis brings your Inner Mind (subconscious) into your awareness. You don’t have to go deep. A light state is fine. This allows you to make adjustments during your day to get motivated, stop cravings, work faster, play sports better, do better on college exams whatever anytime anywhere.

Self hypnosis is easy to learn but it takes time. The posts will explain more and show you when and how to use it. You can do so much with it. It can work wonders.

See feel a wave of relaxation flow from the top of your head down thru your whole body. To start say ‘relax relax’ and a wave of relaxation starting at the top of your head and flowing down thru your whole body. You can also direct to a part of your body like your facial muscles and say ‘relax relax’ and this part will relax. This is especially good when tense, under stress or having a craving.


  • Say to yourself:
  • My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
  • My chest and stomach are at peace.
  • My back and heart are at peace.
  • I am at peace.
  • And feelings of peace come over you.


  • Say to yourself:
  • My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.
  • My chest and stomach are strong.

  • And feelings of strength come over me.

Emotional Freedom Technique or “Tapping” is an energy therapy. It is based on the concept that negative emotions are caused by a disruption in the body’s flow of energy.


Private sessions and workshop are offered in Novato Ca. They use the same beneficial suggestions as the audio tracks. Except I give them to you while you are in Hypnosis. The workshops and sessions teach what you see in the posts. For Weight Loss I use the Weight Loss posts. The private sessions use the same material but are more personalized and focused for you. By listening to the audio tracks and reading the posts you will have an excellent idea of what happens during hypnosis with Garry.
