I love using audio tracks. They keep me motivated and help me let go of desires to eat. Mine are different because they are short, 2 minutes to 10 minutes which means you can listen to them most anytime anywhere. There are 2 kinds: ‘outloud’ and ‘relax’. The ‘outloud’ tracks keep you in normal consciousness which means you can listen while cleaning, walking, maybe working, most anywhere or you can also listen to them like music in the background. The ‘relax’ tracks take you into self hypnosis so you need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or wear headphones. I hope they help you lose weight.
You can listen to these online anytime anywhere. At a session or workshop you will get a free thumb drive with the audio tracks and this Workbook. These tracks were written and spoken by me in my office using a yeti microphone and GarageBand software. I hope you like them.
