Jun 8 When was the last time you were at a good weight? How did you feel? What happened that you started gaining weight?
Jun 9 Want to get and stay motivated? Set a date that already is special for example a birthday, wedding, vacation to lose xxx amount of weight. My BD is July 10 and I want my slim pants to fit loose by then.
Jun 11 Having a food plan which consists of what foods you eat and how much means you lose weight faster. Have a balance of healthy food and a small amount of treats and a day when you can eat more will help you stay on track to your goal weight.
Jun 12 Would a weight loss buddy whether online or real help you lose weight by sharing the hard times and the successes?
Jun 13 Why do we eat so much? People eat to deal with emotional issues like stress, work, tired, family, name your issues. What are your food triggers?

Jun 16 “You’ve lost weight” (a friend).” Have you lost a lot of weight”? (a friend). “Wow you look great” (cousin). Is there anything better than hearing this. You can lose weight. Hang tough.
Jun 8 In three months what do want to be different about your life? Write them down and save them so you can look at them in 3 months.
Jun 9 What is important today? Reflect on this to find out what is really important.
Jun 11 How confident are you? Close your eyes and clear your mind. Ask yourself: on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being max how confident am I? Ask in different areas: work, taking care of family, staying healthy, having enough money, whatever else. Next ask yourself “What can I do about this”.
Jun 12 Imagine someone you love in the room with you and have a good time with them.
Jun 13 Are you getting enough exercise? If yes good job. If not enough ask yourself “How can I can a little bit more?” If none start today and start with light exercise and slowly built up. Exercise has so many benefits that I can’t name them all.
Jun 14 I am sitting at my desk with the window open and a warm breeze is flowing over me from the window. I see the trees outside and I am listening to music and I just finished eating some grapes. Take a few moments to clear your mind and open your senses to your surroundings to taste, to feel, to see, to hear.
