I love using audio tracks. They keep me motivated and help me let go of desires to eat. Mine are short, 2 minutes to 10 minutes which means you can listen to them most anytime. There are 2 kinds: ‘outloud’ and ‘relax’. The ‘outloud’ tracks keep you in normal consciousness which means you can listen while cleaning, walking, maybe working, most anywhere and you can also listen to them like music in the background. The ‘relax’ tracks take you into self hypnosis so you need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or wear headphones. I hope they help you lose weight.

I was born and raised in the Detroit area. I am a veteran. I became a Hypnotist in 1983. Ormond McGill was a big influence on me. Quit smoking and weight loss are my biggest areas.
