They are short, 2-10 minutes long which means you can listen most anytime. There are 2 types: ‘outloud’ and ‘relax’. The ‘outloud’ tracks keep you in normal consciousness so you can listen while cooking, walking, maybe working and similar activities or you can just sit and listen to them. You can listen to part of them for a quick boost. The ‘relax’ tracks take you into self hypnosis which means you need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or listen to headphones.

I was born and raised in the Detroit area. I am a veteran. I became a Hypnotist in 1983. Ormond McGill was a big influence on me. Quit smoking and weight loss are my biggest areas. Currently I am developing a self hypnosis gym workout and updating my audio tracks. My favorite TV show is 'Smallville' reruns. Girlfriend Molly, Dog Chloe, Cat Simon.
