It’s tough quitting. But life is so much better without smoking. Your health starts improving in just a few days. If you quit early enough there is a very high chance that you won’t die from a smoking related condition. You will be amazed at how fast your cough and throat clear up. You won’t be a social outcast anymore. There’s nothing better than quitting smoking.
You can quit smoking. Hypnosis is the fastest and easiest way to quit. In my private sessions I use a 2 session approach about a week apart. You use this online program in between. Here we will use self hypnosis. It is a 7 day program. This is Day One. If you are doing this online I recommend you also use nicotine gum, patch or another replacement product.
There are two stages. The first is to quit smoking. The second is to become a nonsmoker. A nonsmoker wakes up with no thoughts or desires to smoke. Goes thru the whole day and night without any thoughts about smoking. Day after day, year after year. They never smoke again. Smoking becomes something they did in the past and is completely gone from the present and the future. It is over.
Audio tracks are powerful when used daily. They give you beneficial suggestions to motive you and to stop the cravings. I have 2 tracks: ‘outloud’ and ‘relax’. The ‘outloud’ keeps you in normal consciousness. You can listen to them while sitting or lying down or you can listen to them like music in the background while cooking, walking, maybe working most anytime anyplace. The ‘relax’ track puts you in light hypnosis. You need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or use headphones. Both are short 6-9 minutes long so you can listen most anytime.
For Day 1 listen to the two audio tracks as often as you can. They contain beneficial suggestions which will help you quit. Tomorrow do Day 2 and keep on listening to the audio tracks. Have faith that you can do it. Just listen to these track and let the suggestions flow into your Inner Mind.
