Reach Goals#3 – The Goalsheet

The goal sheet will help you get focused on your goal when you wake up. It will get you motivated. Read it in the morning. It only takes seconds. Self Hypnosis is based on doing mental exercises in small time intervals to get you motivated and stay on track. Write down on a piece of paper or do it on a computer.

Make up your own Goalsheet. Read it every morning after you wake up. It can be read in under 10 seconds. This will set your mind on your goal for the day. Plus continue to listen to the audio tracks. Doing small steps thru your busy day gets you there sooner.

I was born and raised in the Detroit area. I am a veteran. I became a Hypnotist in 1983. Ormond McGill was a big influence on me. Quit smoking and weight loss are my biggest areas.
