Reach Your Goals Sooner. Get super motivated. Here we offer Motivation Tools that take seconds to 9 minutes to get you super motivated. You can use them anytime anywhere. You have them available whenever you need them or want them. Thinking about not going to the gym use a Tool to get motivated and go to the gym. Have a break at work do a visualization and give yourself a PEP talk. Tools are very short so you can use them anytime anywhere.

I was born and raised in the Detroit area. I am a veteran. I became a Hypnotist in 1983. Ormond McGill was a big influence on me. Quit smoking and weight loss are my biggest areas.
