Reach Goals#10 – Excuses

Watch out for excuses. I want to watch the football game. I can’t do it so let’s forget it. It’s too hard. I will do it tomorrow. Excuses keep popping up especially when you don’t want to do something. They can cost you. By not studying you might not get the grade you want in Math. We need to nip them in the bud.

EXCUSE PLAN

  • Watch out for them.
    See the excuse for what it is, an excuse.
    See your goal.
    See what you need to get done.
    Say strong self hypnosis.
    My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.
    My chest and stomach are strong.
    My back is strong. I am strong
    Go study. Go to gym. Move faster at work and get done on time. Whatever needs to be done
    You can do this in a few seconds. Everything we do here is easy and takes very little time. As usual you can modify, shorten or make up your own method.

EXERCISE

When excuses come up use the above Tool. You can modify or shortened. Continue listening to the audio tracks and reading your Goalsheet.
