Every overweight person knows this. Being overweight sucks to the max. Health problems, trouble bending over to tie shoes, appearance, clothes don’t fit well, harder walking up stairs, and on and on. Plus it may take months and months to lose weight and reach your goal.
However the Inner Mind (subconscious) does not consider these consequences when it sends us cravings. And we are not always consciously aware of them when we eat sweets/overeat. You just start eating. This Tool is about teaching your Inner Mind what these cravings are doing to our existence so it will stop sending them. It also makes us consciously aware of the consequences when we eat those fattening snacks.
Many people may remark about how we shouldn’t talk about negative stuff. I believe that knowing the consequences of eating sweets/overeating is one way to help remove the cravings. This concept is one of the tenets of Alcoholics Anonymous.
