How will you feel when you lose 10 pounds? This brings me joy and motivation. Motivation is what we use to keep going. To walk away from that cookie. To go to the gym when we are tired. To listen to the audio tracks. The ‘Self Hypnosis In Action’ system allows us to get small bursts of motivation during our day when we need one. Anytime Anywhere.

Everything we do here is broken down into small time intervals of 10 seconds to 9 minutes. This allows you to remove blocks and cravings whenever they pop up and to get super motivated whenever you need that. During your busy day you can always take time to use one of the Self Hypnosis Tools (coming soon). A visualization while waiting in line or at a work break, strong self hypnosis to get you going, peace self hypnosis when to relax.

Today we have the Goalsheet. It is a motivation tool. I read it every morning. Takes about 10 seconds. It’s purpose is for you to focus on your goal as soon as you wake up. It’s an inspiring way to start the day.

GOALSHEET

MY GOAL:  199 pounds – your next mini goal. For example you weigh 210 pounds you next mini goal might be 199 pounds

START: Feb 4  210 pounds                                    GOALWEIGHT: 145 pounds – overall goal

SCOREBOARD: I weigh myself on Wednesday and Sunday. I write down the weight. You can also keep track of your eating. When good I give myself an arrow up when bad I give myself an arrow down. Or do it anyway you want.

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill out a sheet of paper like the above or better yet on a computer and print out. Upon awakening go thru it quickly. Takes only a few seconds. This will get you motivated and excited about losing weight today. Here is example of a blank GoalSheet. Mine is formatted on my computer and printed out and folded into a half  sheet.

I do mine when I wake up. I see what my goal is, how I am doing, the costs of being fat and what I need to do. Takes about 10 seconds. I keep mine near my bed. It gets me up and running.

I was born and raised in the Detroit area. I am a veteran. I became a Hypnotist in 1983. Ormond McGill was a big influence on me. Quit smoking and weight loss are my biggest areas.
