EAT LESS

By eating less you lose weight faster. We want to start eating less. Where do we start? We want to start cutting out junk food and eat smaller portions. I recommend you start with one of them. When I have to lose weight I cut out the junk food first. I allow myself to have a little treat before bed. Then I start on smaller portions. You can do it whatever way you want.

EXERCISE

I believe in exercise to lose weight. Pick one you like. Start light and work harder slowly. I do a little more each week. First and foremost we want to prevent an injury. You might want to consult a doctor before you start. Here’s some wonderful benefits of exercise.

  • Reduces stress and body tension
  • Burns calories
  • Become stronger
  • Feel better
  • Have more energy
  • Have fun

CHANGE YOUR THINKING

  • Get motivated
  • Stop excuses and cravings
  • I can lose weight

We will start with getting motivated. We want to be excited about losing weight. To get up in the morning excited about losing weight today. The first group of Posts will help you get motivated. Next group of posts will help you stop excuses and cravings. As we get more motivated and have less cravings we start to believe that we can lose weight. Read the Posts.

WEIGHING YOURSELF

When I want to lose weight I weigh myself on Wednesday and Sunday. When I get up and before I eat or drink anything. You can do it anytime you want. It’s best if you don’t do it everyday.
