This is a powerful Tool to get and stay motivated. It takes less than 10 seconds and can be done anywhere anytime. Make up your own PEP Talk with 3-4 suggestions and say them throughout your day. Make sure they are positive, present tense and personal. Or just as good make them up on the spot like a Coach would. Repeat them often.


  • I can lose weight
  • I love losing weight
  • I weigh xxx
  • I eat less today
  • By eating less I lose weight faster
  • I follow my food plan today
  • The purpose of eating is to nourish my body
  • I lose weight today

Make up and write down a Pep Talk for yourself. Say it often. This is a great Tool you can use anytime anywhere to get motivated. Why do all of this stuff? You are trying to change your Inner Mind so it will help you lose weight. This takes time. The Tools can be used for all goals and personal changes anytime anywhere.
