Weight Loss – The SignPost

Losing weight can be tough especially if you have a lot of weight to lose. It can take months. Each day you need to stay motivated and on track. Here is a good exercise to help you. I use it every day. You can use self hypnosis or you can use the short version. All the audio tracks have it. The SignPost is great for cravings. It will get you motivated to walk away from those cookies or whatever you desire. Weight Loss fast & easier.

THE SIGNPOST TOOL

Short Version Use it when you are busy, anytime anywhere.

Imagine a signpost with two paths.
The path to the left is staying overweight. See feel your future if you stay overweight.
The path to the right is reaching your goal weight. See feel your future at your goal weight.
Which one do you want.

Self Hypnosis Version

Close eyes and say peace self hypnosis
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace. I am at peace.
See yourself going down the path of your life.
See the colors and shapes.
See a signpost with two paths.
The path to the left is staying overweight. See feel your future if you stay overweight.
The path to the right is reaching your goal weight. See feel your future at your goal weight.
Choose your path.
Skip with joy going down the right path.

EXERCISE

Do this one often. The audio tracks do it. I use this one for cravings.
