Motivation is the engine that drives you to lose weight. When it’s strong you wake up excited about losing weight that day. You brush aside any temptations to eat. With it you can stay on track to your goal weight.
I was born and raised in the Detroit area. I have a BS in Math from the University of Michigan 1968 and shortly after I got drafted into the army and served my time and became a veteran. I became a Hypnotist in 1983. My favorite TV program is 'Smallville' reruns. My dog Max is a great dog. Girlfriend Molly. Cat Simon. I workout hard at the gym. Right now I work part-time using hypnosis to help people lose weight, achieve goals and make personal growth.
