Have a good day! We hear that all the time. The “Good Day” series will help you develop self hypnosis tools that will help you have a better day. Picture a worker with a toolbox. He pulls out a hammer or whatever he needs and uses it. Now picture yourself with a self hypnosis toolbox. You can pick one out to get motivated, deflect cravings, perform better at work or school or gym. Whatever you need. This blog is dedicated to providing you with the self hypnosis tools to live healthy & prosper.

 WAKING UP

Here is a good way to start the day.

  • Bring your awareness to your ankles feet
  • Rub them saying: “My ankles and feet are strong”
  • See feel the bones, muscles, skin
  • Move to your calves
  • Rub them saying “My calves are strong”
  • See feel the bones, muscles and skin
  • Continue up your body
  • Feel the energy flowing thru your body
  • Then say your goal or whatever you are working on 3 times
  • See feel it happening
  • Next get moving

This can be done in less than a minute. It’s a great way to wake up and focus your mind on what is important for the day. As usual you can modify and adapt them. You can also just do your upper body. Once you are up you can turn on an ‘outloud’ audio track and listen while getting dressed, making your bed or even driving to work.

AUDIO TRACKS

They are powerful when used on a daily basis. You can get a burst of motivation, deflect a craving, get insight and use one anytime anywhere. I have two kinds. The ‘outloud’ track can be used while cooking, cleaning, driving anytime anywhere. It keeps you in normal consciousness. For the ‘relax’ track you need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or use headphones. It takes you deeper. This track is my general one. It works on a general goal and suggestions for a better day. I also have sets for quit smoking, weight loss, stress, goals and get buffed.
