During our busy day we all have activities that need to be done. Work, gym workout, studying, going home, waiting in line, cleaning, whatever. What is the best way to get started on them? This post will give you ideas.

Most people think that hypnosis is about going to a session and letting a hypnotist take you into a deep trance and do his thing to help you lose weight or whatever you are working on. This is only part of it. A big part can be you using self hypnosis thru your day. This will help you stay on track and get there sooner. You can also work on other areas on you own at no cost and at you own pace. People say: Have a good day. What we are talking about is developing self hypnosis tools to actually have a better day. This blog contains step-by-step posts to help you.

GETTING STARTED TOOL

  • Use strong or peace self hypnosis
  • My shoulders, arms and hands are strong
  • My chest and stomach are strong
  • My back and heart are strong
  • I am strong
  • Say goal or whatever you want to happen 3 times
  • Give yourself a PEP talk
  • And get started

WHEN

While you walking into work, going into the gym, before you start studying, walking from car to your door at home anytime anyplace. This tool helps you get charged up and focused on what you want to accomplish. Peace self hypnosis can be used if you need peace to get started. Here are suggestions you can use or make up your own.

WORK

  • Use strong self hypnosis as above
  • Say goal or whatever you have to do today 3 times
  • Say stuff like
  • I have a good day
  • I finish all my work.
  • I stay focused.
  • ……….whatever you want

GYM

  • Use strong self hypnosis as above
  • Say goal for your body 3 times
  • Say stuff like
  • I am strong
  • I have plenty of energy
  • I complete my whole workout
  • ……whatever you want

STUDY

  • Use strong self hypnosis
  • Say goal 3 times perhaps I get an ‘A’ on my Math midterm
  • Say stuff like
  • I absorb and understand the material
  • I am focused during my exam
  • The answers come quickly into my awareness during the exam
  • ……whatever you want

GOING HOME

  • Use peace self hypnosis
  • My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace
  • My chest and stomach are at peace
  • My back and heart are at peace
  • I am at peace
  • Have good thoughts about family
