Why do I eat so much? What do I need? What’s my next step? Need answers. Automatic writing is a good way to get insight and answers. By writing the question over and over again at a rapid pace you open the Inner Mind to give you answers. It very simple and takes only a few minutes.
We start with a question that we want insight on. Here are samples:
First use strong self hypnosis to get your mind warmed up. Next write your question on a piece of paper. Then quickly write it again…and again. When an insight comes up write it down and go back to writing the question. And so on until you have a few insights
Then start writing the question.
These are triggers. Ask yourself: “What can I do instead of eating?” Below are samples of what to do. This blog offers many more. You can come up with your own.
Keep writing until you get insight. Your Inner Mind has answers. You need to ask perhaps many times and be patient. Insight can come at any time. When you wake up is a good time.
