Audio tracks are powerful when used on a daily basis. They provide beneficial suggestions for motivation and inspiration. There are two kinds of tracks: ‘out loud’ and ‘relax’. The ‘out loud’ track can be listened to while driving, cleaning, working, anytime anyplace. It keeps you in normal consciousness. The ‘relax’ track takes you into light hypnosis. You need to sit or lie down in a comfortable area or use headphones. Each track is 6-9 minutes long. Listening is quick and powerful.
These two tracks are for any goals. Use your goal or intent for work while listening to them. Soon I will have specific work audio tracks.

What is our intent for today? It could be to sell 200 widgets today. To ship out all the orders. To complete all the assignments. To not get angry. To be nice to customers. Whatever your intent is name it. As you walk from your car to work say this.
This will get you charged up and focused on work. Try it for a week. It takes less than 10 seconds. See if it helps. We will be going thru your day at work and developing self hypnosis tools to perform better at work.
Listen to the two tracks each day. While walking from car to work do the above exercise.
