Quit Smoking – Day 6

Stop the cravings. Every smoker knows what they are. They can get so strong that you want to cry. Some ex-smokers tell me they have quit for years but they still have some cravings. This whole program is set up so the cravings will get smaller and smaller and you will quit. Shortly after you quit  you will become a nonsmoker and the cravings are gone forever. This is based on how the Inner Mind works.

STOP THE CRAVINGS TOOLS

It’s time for you to take charge. To use whatever tools you can to stop the cravings. There is no magic wand to brush away them forever. You will have to brush them aside. Your mind can come together and banish these cravings forever. The physical addiction is way overrated. Once your whole mind decides to quit you will quit. I myself quit with Hypnosis in 1 session with very very little withdrawals. Many smokers I have helped quit also reported this. This can only be because the physical addiction is not that strong. You can quit. Millions and millions of people have quit. You can to. Fight back. Don’t let a weed defeat you.

  • Go into another room.
  • Talk to someone.
  • Yoga.
  • Meditate.
  • Exercise.
  • Whatever works for you

  • See your future as a smoker
  • See your future as a nonsmoker
  • Chew a nicotine gum

You can quit smoking. Within you is a fire of desire to quit. It’s time. You have smoked enough. You no longer want to smoke. Just quit. Then it will be over. You will be free!
