Is tobacco your friend or your enemy? When I talk to many smokers it sounds like tobacco is a friend. It helps them with stress. Provides pleasure after eating. It tastes good like a cigarette should. It helps you lose weight. What we want today is for you to change your attitude and realize that smoking is your enemy. And that you can be free. It can be over.
Today I want you to look at cigarettes. Hold one in front of you and look at it. See the paper, the filter and the tobacco inside. See that inside the paper are poisons. Every cigarette contains poisons. All contain nicotine. Most contain other poisons like cyanide, formaldehyde, ammonia in very minute quantities. Every time you see a cigarette see the poisons inside. Realize that tobacco is your enemy and that you can be free.
Yes you can. You can be free of smoking. Within you is a fire of desire to be free. You want to be free. You will be free. A new you is growing within you. A new you that doesn’t smoke and doesn’t want to. See feel this happening. Below is an audio track to help you believe that you can quit smoking. You need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or use headphones.

Let this feeling inside you grow stronger. I don’t want to smoke anymore. See feel that a new person is emerging within you. One that doesn’t want to smoke anymore. Let this person emerge.
