Quit Smoking – Day 4

Deep inside your mind there is a little part of you who knows that smoking sucks and watches it all. Today what we want to do is for the whole you to know it sucks and how. During Day 4 I want you to:

  • Say smoking sucks throughout your day and then notice why.
  • Whenever you smoke say “smoking sucks” before.
  • While smoking notice all the things that make smoking suck for you.
  • How it burns your throat and lungs.
  • How it deposits poisons into your lungs.
  • How it makes your body stink.
  • How it may someday kill you.
  • After smoking say: “I can quit smoking”.

When you have time take a break and go into peace self hypnosis.

  • Sit or lie down. Say:
  • My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
  • My chest and stomach are at peace.
  • My back is at peace. I am at peace.
  • Imagine yourself smoking a cigarette.
  • See feel the whole process.
  • Come to realize what you are really doing to your body.
  • Realize smoking sucks.

Keep on listening to the audio tracks. Read your Goalsheet every morning. Everything here can be done in a few seconds to 8 minutes. Anytime Anywhere.
