Gym workouts, yoga, stretch class, walking are all ways to release tension in the body and relax the mind. Moving and shaking. Find one you like and and do it regular. Sports add another realm – competition. Exercise and sports are mostly performed by your Inner Mind. Your conscious mind is too slow. are in the present of your Inner Mind.
