  • My back and heart are at peace.
  • I am at peace.

HOME & FAMILY

For most people there is nothing better than coming home after a hard day. Here is a Self Hypnosis Tool to leave the stress behind.

LEAVING  WORK, GYM, WHEREVER WALKING TO YOUR CAR THAN HOME

  • My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
  • My chest and stomach are at peace.
  • My back and heart are at peace.
  • I am at peace.

PETS

Stressed? Take your dog for a walk. Lay on the bed with your dog or cat. Play ball. Pets are great for stress relief.
