By on May 29, 2014

What kind of operating system for your mind do you have now? Most people would not be able to answer this question. Over their lifetime they have developed their own without spending much time thinking about it. An operating system and specialized programs are vital to your computer. They are even more important to the internal workings of your mind resulting in more happiness or more suffering? Which do you want?

  •  All parts are partners. Each with a different role to play.
  • The Conscious Mind is in charge.
  • Awareness can be shared! It can be 90% Conscious and 10% Inner Mind OR 20% conscious and 80% Inner Mind. You can change the mix.
  • The Conscious mind can bring your Inner Mind into awareness using the self hypnosis. It can then use a Tool to make adjustments to the Inner Mind.
  • Good experiences can be amplified as during fun. Bad experiences can be lessened.
  • Changes can be made. You can drop bad habits and add new good ones. You can let go of anger. You can activate your creativity.
  • You can get peace and strength when needed.
  • You can use it anytime anywhere.

  • Say peace self hypnosis. Eyes closed.
  • My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
  • My chest and stomach are at peace.
  • My back and heart are at peace.  is at peace. I am at peace.
  • TOOL: See feel yourself reaching your goal.
  • TOOL: Say your goal 3 times.
  • TOOL: Have a peaceful rest.

This online course will provide the tools needed to put this operating system into effect. My private sessions and workshops will do this quickly.
